HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
Consultations and treatment are by appointment.
The reception is open from 8.45am until 12.45pm and again from 1.45pm
until 5.00pm every weekday.
Additionally a receptionist is on duty until 7.00pm on Tuesday evenings.
If you are unable to attend an appointment please give reception as
much notice as possible so that another patient may benefit from the
space created.
If you have an emergency outside of normal surgery hours then please
ring the practice number (01237 472159) and details of emergency cover
will be given by recorded message. Please do not leave a message on
the answer machine as these are not recorded.
Please note:- A charge may be made for an emergency recall to open the
surgery out of working hours.
YOUR MEDICAL HISTORY
When you first attend the practice as a new patient you will be asked
to fill in a confidential medical questionnaire. It is important for
your own safety that your dentist knows full details of your medical
health and details of any drugs that you are taking as this can affect
the dental treatment that you receive.
Following this initial appointment and likewise for existing patients
of the practice you will be asked to update this medical history at
regular intervals so that we are aware of any changes in your health
and medication as they take place.
